“I wished breakfast started earlier for early travelers or have 24-hour coffee (I use decaf only) available. If you do, sorry I missed it. I had to leave extra early this morning.”

“We have stayed here many times. Usually the breakfast is a draw. But it was lacking this time. The butter was replaced by a spread. The staff did not have the breakfast properly prepared. It was not what we had grown accustomed to.”

“This property is located to everything food, shopping and beach. The property has a secluded beach area and security gate out front. The Condo itself was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The only thing I would suggest for the owners is to get better pots and pans for people who want to cook for themselves and not eat out, the ones onsite are old and everything we cooked stuck in the pans and were a little bit of a mess. It would have been nice to have extra toilet paper and paper towels on...

“I wanted this hotel to be a great stay however there was no help when it came to a severe noise complaint and a disruptive guest that kept me up until 12:30 in the morning. I was not offered any option because there was no other rooms to move into and they told me that the manager would contact me and I also reached out to the manager only to be ghosted for a week and no resolution to be made.”

“The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help. “From the staff to the property, it exceeded our expectations. We only stayed one night but they were pet friendly and that was important. The room was clean and the sheets and towels didn’t feel cheap or gross. We will definitely stay again if we are ever traveling this direction again.”

“The place smelled like old urine. The floor at the entrance to the room was so sticky, it felt like it was going to pull your shoes off. I asked for another room, and they moved me, but that room had the same problem. I asked for a refund because I wanted to leave since it smelled like old carpet and the amenities looked very worn out. I couldn’t get my money back, so I just left and went to another hotel.”
