“Excellent communication with the host throughout the entire process. On our last night a leak from the ceiling happened. One quick text to the host and he had the local maintenance people on site to get the water turned off on the above condo.”

“The location and size of the unit was great. I was disappointed that the air conditioner is broken. I feel that a window unit is fairly affordable to replace and without it, even with fans, it was quite warm. I am also concerned that this place has mice in the ceiling. You could hear them in the ceiling at night. I sent a message to the owner on Thursday last week when we checked out but no one has responded.”

“This was our favorite place to stay during a 2week motorcycle trip. It was so nice to get out of hotels and in to a home atmosphere. The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and had all of the amenities to allow us to relax. The pool and hot tub were a welcome luxury. Thank you Ryan.”

“Our family stayed here for a week. The place was clean and had lots of extras for our one year old. We appreciated that it was pet friendly too, and being on the ground floor close to the entrance made it easy for us to take our dog out. The pool and hot tubs were nice, and the proximity to the beach was awesome. Thanks for having us!”

“The owners did not have a very good cleaner in. There were 2 used towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The previous renters, used glasses and instead of washing them. They put them back in the cupboard. Cleaners need to check these things. There was easy access to the underground parking and great that there were plenty of spots, as work being done on other units took up much of the street parking. “Close to everything clean pool was awesome”

“Place was great! Be prepared for a lot of stairs to haul everything in and out. Also, bring some extra toilet paper with you. Otherwise it was a great place!”

“Hard to find numbers on building as they are on the sides not front. This one was up the stairs on other side. Which was fine 🙂 once we found lol Great clean room. Thier coffee was amazing! Amd the short walk to hot tub was wonderful as well! Hotels is great, my self personally had a hard time with portal was all. Lol”
