Nulla da dire, ottima struttura per andare o arrivare dall'aeroporto di Calgary, nelle vicinanze non c'è nulla ma credo che se uno sceglie questo hotel è solo per la vicinanza all'aeroporto

The staff was not very accommodating in early check-in specially when I was arriving from USA. Their check-in was 4 PM, and I had arrived there around 11 AM. It seems they could arrange maybe around 1PM, but were unwilling. I feel this request was poorly handled. Otherwise, the facility was okay ...

The property was nice but in need of repairs. The pool looks like a lot of fun for kids but it was closed. The steam room and sauna are not running at this time of the year but if you want to use them you have to let reception know at least 15 minutes in advance so they can get it ready for you. ...
