“The staff is super friendly and the Hotel is OK for the price. The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, public transportation and shops.
The only complaint is that housekeeping did not reset the room for three days in a row. The room was cleaned only upon my request.

“We just came back after 10 years. We were not disappointed! We love the brunch at La Croix. Looking forward to Scarpetta on our next visit. Stopped by the bar for a drink and to people watch and enjoyed live music and a lively but nice crowd.
Love the LeLabo toiletries. Super comfy bed and pillows. I am A sucker for plush bathrobes and slippers which they offered. Was convenient to have an iron in the room too!
We got to stroll Rittenhouse Square Park- which is directly outside. Great shops...
“Really enjoyed our stay at the Kestrel. Its central location made it easy to get to everything we wanted to see in Philadelphia. We walked everywhere but some sites may be too far for others. We especially loved how close it was to Reading Market which quickly became our go-to breakfast and snack spot. Would add that their communications were extremely thorough and that helped things go smoothly. ”

“I have never had a better experience at a hotel. I did thorough research to find the right place and it did not disappoint. The owners are the kindest, most genuine people. The property clearly demonstrates the meticulous care as well as effort for their guests. It is clean, cozy, enchanting, private and unique. I am actually sad that I cannot stay a bit longer but I’ve already rebooked my next stay. Also, if you’re visiting for the arts or artistic performances, then this is your perfect spot....

"Al check ragazza poco cortese, non ha spiegato che non fosse prevista la pulizia delle camere e alle mie domande rispondeva a fatica. Camera molto rumorosa giorno e tutta la notte. Lenzuola bucate. Unica nota positiva la posizione."
