“The pictures posted are not accurate. Room was dirty had to wear my sandals the whole time. Lost my necklace and had to pull the bed out. Disgusting you can tell hadn’t been cleaned behind there sense who knows when. You definitely get what you paid for. Not a 7.5 rating”

“The sheets and pillows all had hair on them. The floors were not clean, the bathroom counter hair on them and toilet was dirty. Do not recommend staying there .”

“They are still so nice here. The most kind people, and the rooms are spacious. I just don’t understand the price of stays going up significantly (other than last weekend, bc of the holiday and high demand). Because they are such wonderful people, I always only mention the positive and leave out the negatives. Also was just a little disappointed that the last time I used the spa here, the jets were really weak and didn’t even make bubbles but maybe it will be back to working the way it used to...

“Rooms were not cleaned in days specially the bathroom floors (I end up cleaning the floor with a few wet towels), sheets were changed and the beds were comfortable, staff were friendly, but they could do so much. Rooms need remodeling, especially the bathroom as the faucets were hardly working despite of good water pressure.”

“I do enjoy the hotel but there are some downsides. There was some issues with checking in and later the keys cards not working. While it was fixed immediately, it’s still inconvenient. The staff is friendly and helpful though.”
