“This is our 4th year coming to the Hyatt Regency - Welk Resort. This is an outstanding place to staycation, or vacation, as a family. There are so many amenities to accommodate the stay, including; pools, spas, water slides, snack bars, market and places to dine. The grounds are upbeat daily and Staff is the best. The rooms are great but I recommend the Villas. We'll be back next year.”

“It’s very clean… but some equipment is broken or run-down. They try to save on absolutely everything, so tiny soap bars, no shower gel etc. tv remote is handed out during check-in… overall not a bad place if you have to crash for the night, but certainly not a place to stay for vacation.”

Towels in bathroom were damp - probably a water leak in the floor or walls. Spider webs next to the dirty old chair and the window. There was mold in the corner of the floor at the base of the tub as well as on the ceiling. Something oily was on both nightstands (slid the lights over and they both made an oily smear). Light...

“This is in a terrible location with a large homeless population and a lot of drug usage. The door didn’t fully seal closed, the room was dirty, the beds were terrible, but mostly we just did not feel safe or feel that our vehicle was safe while parked overnight. Do NOT bring your family here.”

“Most Quality Inn Suite are in good condition but this one was the exception. The location of this Quality Inn was great and easy to get to. The outside of the hotel was looked in good condition. The staff was friendly and helpful. The is where the nice part of the Inn END. The room was very worn-out, missing a room phone and most amendies were broken, like the ice machine, the juice for breakfast and there where no more bottles of water. “Really can't say enough about how great this one is. Stayed for a few nights with my family, including kids, and we had a very comfortable stay and had lots to do in and around the hotel. Well maintained, great rooms, great pool, great staff, great breakfast, easy parking, great breakfast. Perfect stay.”
