“Clean property! Our place was perfect for the family. It was nice having a full kitchen so we could cook and lots of shopping nearby. Pools were great. The kids enjoyed the waterside especially, as well as the arcade/ game rooms. I enjoyed the gym amenities.... equipmemt was much more than most hotel type places. It was convenient having everything in one place. ”

“We were placed in a room that should have been out of service for maintenance. The bathroom door was only attached by two hinges, there was hair on the bathroom wall, and a tile was missing. The TV was also not connected to the internet and could not be used. When we contacted the front desk, we were told these were known maintenance issues and that maintenance would not be available until Tuesday, even though we checked in on Sunday. “Clean room, clean bathroom, room is spacious and room layout is nice. Quiet area so no noise from traffic. Only noise I heard was from person above me walking around on the 3rd floor. The property is close to places to eat where you could walk in about 7 minutes. I’d say overall I liked my stay. The only real negative I’d say was that they charge you $7 for parking. I have no idea why they would charge this. I think it’s absurd. The parking is an open lot and there’s plenty of parking. When...

“The room was spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Shout out to the bartender I forgot his name African-American guy short with dreads the best!!!!”

“Nice, comfy clean hotel. Good location near various restaurants. Staff doesn’t have the best customer service when comparing to other hotels our family has stayed at. Not very friendly and they don’t greet or even acknowledge guests when we walked around. Wasn’t informed about lots of the amenities or breakfast hours at check in so figured there was something listed in the room. May stay at other hotels close by next time”

“The room smelled very strong like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. When I turned on the AC a lot of what seemed like pet hair came out of it and filled the room. We left the door open and tried to get the hair out but the smoke smell never left. One of the new sheets had a cigarette burn in it and the front desk employee was very dry and showed no emotion to anything during our initial conversation at check in and when I went to go tell him what wangoingkn with the room.”
