“This was the most horrible experience I have ever had a hotel. The room next to mine (Room 129) suddenly became noisy at around 1:00 AM and continued to about 2:00 AM. Laughter, yelling, and noisy conversations was enough for me to go to the receptionist desk and complain. The person working the desk was asleep and I apparently woke him up. His eyes were bloodshot and in hindsight, possibly due to using drugs. I was told he would call the room, and I never heard a call. I only heard a knock but...

“I should always remember you get what you pay for!! The photos are very deceiving!! I booked 2 nights online, but checked out the next morning at 7:00am. The TV didn't work, no hot water in the sink, bathroom door did not close, no water pressure in the shower, air conditioner barely blew, people outside of my door all night, and that's just the inside the list goes on. The gentleman at the desk did his best to help me but I'm sure he is overwhelmed as well. This property needs some TLC and...

“The room is aesthetically pleasing. However, when you look closer. It isn’t tidy. The room smelled of urine. The manager was alerted of the urine issue and came to the room. He offered squirts from a bottle of Febreeze Air Freshner. It was 11:00 pm and we had to stay. Overall, it was doable if the urine smell wasn’t present. Very disappointed in his response.”

“We stayed here because it was central to the weekend wedding festivities for our daughters wedding. From the moment we checked in, I knew this resort was going to be amazing. From the concierge, Leo, to the firepits to the pools to the gym. I could go on and on but all you need to know is this resort is one of the biggest and best I have stayed at.”

“I stayed for two days and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The cafe employee was rude, which made us feel unwelcome. Housekeeping was also lacking, our towels and water were never replaced during our stay. Overall, the service did not meet expectations, and I hope management improves customer service and guest care. ”
