“The receptionist were all very nice and sweet. Sadly when I asked for my room to be cleaned and sheets be changed before we left for the day, I was disappointed to see that our room had not been serviced at all. Then when I brought it to their attention they just offered to give me the sheets so I could change them myself! Breakfast was also disappointing. Not very friendly and they don’t greet or even acknowledge guests when we walked around. Wasn’t informed about lots of the amenities or breakfast hours at check in so figured there was something listed in the room. May stay at other hotels close by next time”
