“We had a wonderful stay at Andrea and Kaboo's accommodation. The house was clean, spacious, and had complete amenities. While there was no AC, the large windows and fans made for a breezy and comfortable atmosphere. The house is conveniently located near plenty of beaches, as well as a supermarket. Andrea and Kaboo were kind and helpful hosts and offered recommendations about nearby sights. I highly recommend it here for a relaxing and pleasant stay.”

“The property was clean and convenient. Having parking was awesome and the available chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler helped make exploring the beaches even easier. Other guests and even owners within the same complex were kind, welcoming, and willing to share information and recommendations. It really is a welcoming community. “Stayed for a week in March… Couldn’t ask for more. Spotless accommodations, very spacious with lots of modern amenities and private parking. Spent relaxing mornings on the porch enjoying the gorgeous gardens. And of course, the pool! About 5 mins from the beach and tourist attractions. Everything you need to stay in and relax or go in and out safely. I really enjoyed my stay. Can’t recommend enough. Host was pleasant and helpful.”

“The property was just what we needed for our stay. Location was great, quiet but shirt walk to restaurants and Dickinson Bay. Views amazing. Right on the beach with aqua blue sea. Air con great in each room with really big comfy beds and pillows. Would just look at replacing some utensils in kitchen. Knives and scissors not sharp for self catering cooking. Overall fab place to stay and we would recommend and return.”

“We stay in this apartment for nine fantastic days in this beautiful Island. Great position, clean and the owner support us for any question or suggestion. The WiFi running very well, the condominiun has a great security. The apartment Is really confortable for a 4 persons. “The check in process was a breeze. The host was very friendly. The house was beautiful however, I think that the rental would work for local returning residents and not tourists visiting for the first time. There was no microwave, television or washing machine. The kitchen had roaches and one of the bathrooms had no hot water. The host was very nice and that kind of made up for the stuff that were lacking.”

The main bathroom had a distinct body odor smell the toilet seat was broken in half. Additionally, several windows on the property are broken. “We were at Shell Villa for 9 days with some friends and our infant son. The highlight of this property is its location and its views! Every day you get greeted with some amazing views of either Montserrat or the many sailboats that cruise through. David & Jenny were super communicative and provided us with copious amounts of information to prepare us for a seamless stay. Once on the ground,Clare and Nath were amazing local contacts who went above the call of duty to ensure a memorable stay....

“The property was amazing, although sort of off the beaten path…but that’s not even a problem with having a driver available anytime. The house was spectacular and Lou (owner) was always a call away, willing to help, pick up groceries, drinks, whatever. The house is probably better than the pictures online. And the pool was a great size! Would recommend The Carib House, and Lou, to anyone.”
