“Our room had a leak throughout our entire stay. We reported it but it was not fixed. As a result our room constantly smelled musty. The make up mirror was not operational. On a few occasions they ran out of food by the pool. The staff overall were very friendly. In particular Carlene in the main lobby bar and Chelsey in the pool bar. The beach on the property is calm and beautiful.”

“The property was extremely beautiful and most of the staff was very hospitable, However there are some laps in communication. For example the first mishap was I contacted the front desk and when the gentlemen picked up I asked if there was a gift shop and he stated yes and then I asked did they have any benadryl due to my Girlfriend having an allergic reaction and his reply was let me check and ill give you a call back. “Absolutely lovely staff and gorgeous property. Our room was clean and well maintained. Only comment would be that the AC would leak a little when on. Breakfast is great with dinner sometimes hit or s miss.”
