Spacious family home with garden & parking

Welcome to Ashfield Villas, hosted by Guested.

Falmouth’s town centre, beaches and harbour are around a 20-minute walk away. Ashfield Villas sleeps 7 across 3 bedrooms, with harbour views upstairs, 2 bathrooms and a private garden.

Make yourself at home

Light-filled rooms and simple furnishings give Ashfield Villas a relaxed, homely feel. The open-plan living and dining area has space to gather for meals, spread out a board game or settle down with something on the smart TV. There’s fast WiFi, too.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge, microwave and the basics for cooking at home. A washing machine and freezer are in the garage, reached from inside the house.

A good night's sleep

All 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious king-size room looks out over Penryn Harbour, while a double room and a room with 3 single beds bring the total sleeping space to 7.

The arrangement works well for families, friends sharing or colleagues staying nearby for work.

Room for a soak

The main bathroom has a bath with a shower overhead. A second bathroom on the ground floor has a shower, giving everyone a little more room to get ready.

A little space outside

Sliding doors lead straight from the dining area into the private rear garden. It’s a simple outdoor space with seating for morning coffee, a breath of fresh air or a drink at the end of the day.

Out and about

Falmouth’s town centre, beaches and harbour are around a 20-minute walk away, giving you plenty of ways to spend a day close to home.

Ashfield Villas is also a base for those visiting for work at the docks, with space to unwind when the working day is done.

Stay a little longer

A kitchen for everyday cooking, fast WiFi, a washing machine and a tumble dryer make longer visits easier. Whether you’re here for a family break or a stretch of work nearby, there’s room to unpack and find your routine.
