“A lovely holiday cottage.Set in nice,quite,green surroundings.We travelled down from Perth, Scotland to spend a few days in Cornwall.And our whole visit to the area was fantastic.The cottage location is good.As all main beaches,Supermarket's & Falmouth town are all within 20mins by car.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Woodpeckers. The house had everything we needed and was well equipped and with a lovely seating area outside. It is set in beautiful, well kept grounds and with handy amenities on the doorstep, including a play area which the kids enjoyed. It was ideally located for us to explore Cornwall and with lovely beaches close by. Karen was a friendly and helpful host who made everything easy for us. We look forward to returning sometime! ”

“Horrible in every way. Upon entering the property we were greeted with a strong, foul odor that didn't subside for a couple of days. A completely filled rubbish bin along with a full recycling bin were sitting right by the front entrance (After I called and complained, it was not removed until the following day). I found mold in the espresso maker and one of the floor boards on the porch collapsed while we were there (again, not immediately taken care of). Perhaps one of the most inconvenient...
