“Amazing property, lots of space and set in a beautiful setting. Although a steep walk, it really isn’t far to both St Ives and Carbis Bay. The only thing to note that we were told non residents couldn’t use the pool in holiday time. ”

“This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). “The location of the villa is everything, hearing and seeing the sea is beautiful. It’s walking distance to the beach with a gorgeous beach bar and cocktail bar. The kids (4&9) loved exploring. The villa has everything you could need and whilst a bit dated, it is in line with the price. We loved it that much that we stayed an extra night! Everything in the run up was well communicated. Thank you! ”

“Beautiful villa, in a stunning location. We absolutely loved staying in seahorses. The view from the terrace is lovely, villa is well equipped for you to enjoy your stay. James the owner was so helpful and when our car broke down after unloading, informed the site manager, so we would not incur charges for over staying in the residents parking area. Oh and the weather was a big bonus, warm and sunny everyday. Highly recommend ”

“Our family of 4 stayed for a week during August and found the Villa an ideal location for exploring all that Cornwall had to offer - at an excellent price. The occomodation meet our needs as a family, the children loved the 'little house' and it was comfortable and clean. We found some idilic beaches nearby and particularly liked Harlyn Bay. We braved the water in the Hotels outpool, again the children loved it. We left with happy memories of our first family holiday in Cornwall. All in all .......
