“I cannot recommend this property . Two of the bedrooms bedlinen were covered in hairs ( we think pet hair) The property was very grubby . Cupboards in bedroom dusty .lots of ants in the kitchen . It needs information about the hill to the property & vicinity of car park . Loved Mevagissey but would not use this property again . ”

“It is a lovely, spacious, sunny property. It felt like home from home. Access does require a little work as there are many steps to negotiate but well worth the effort. In warmer weather it is likely most holidaymakers would eat out on the decking which has a view of the beach and countryside”

“Great location, clean and well maintained, and Kevin was very responsive. However, a few things let us down: No WiFi - a real issue for a longer stay with teenagers. Kevin tried to help but couldn’t resolve it. Basic supplies were lacking - only one toilet roll per bathroom and no hand soap. We had to buy both ourselves. The pool photo is misleading - guests can’t use it. Kevin did flag this upfront, which was fair, but the photo should be removed from the listing. With a few fixes this could be...
