“Perfect place for rest”

“The property was unfortunately not as advertised and the photos felt very misleading. While the bedding, kitchen and bathroom were clean, overall the place felt quite tired and in need of an upgrade. The walls, carpets and couches all needed a proper clean and there were no base covers on the bed. Which are usually a norm in most homes, so expected in a letting. There were also several maintenance issues including a broken stair rail and a shower that only worked as a handheld attachment....

“It’s such a lovely place very cozy the bed very comfortable the place is a lot bigger in person it’s well worth the money”

“Porzione di casa al piano terreno si trova nella zona più periferica di Edimburgo, per raggiungere il centro bisogna prendere l’autobus, le fermate sono abbastanza vicine, la zona è piuttosto residenziale e non ci sono numerosi bar, ristoranti o supermercati. L’accesso all’appartamento è stato semplice, la casa nel suo interno ha due camere un piccolo bagno un salotto ed una cucina ed è complessivamente ben dotata di tutti gli accessori pur essendo un po’ datata.”

“It's honestly hard to describe how wonderful both this property and Jennifer both were - 1,500 characters just isn't enough.1. The location is absolutely superb - 1 block from the beach, blocks from a cute little downtown, always street parking (too bad no garage, but really the street parking is fine), close to a ScotRail train station... I mean it's literally got everything right around it.2. Jennifer - what an absolute angel. Super communicative, super clear and easy to use literature (a cute...

“Amazing property in a beautiful area - a big group of my friends went here for a long weekend and the property had soany amenities to keep us entertained the whole weekend (pool, hot tub, ping pong table, sauna, pool table, big garden). We brought our own volleyball nets and rounders kits and had a blast. Jacqui was a lovely host and even supplied us with some veg! Would highly recommend for big groups or people who want to hike around the area too.”

“A fantastic property beautifully furnished. A great base to explore the area. We will definitely return here.”

“We had 4 nights in the bungalow. Was a joy to stay. Had everything we needed at the property and ample space for all 8 of us. Check in was easy and the accommodation was spotless. Kitchen was large with plenty space with 2 fridges. We all enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings whilst watching the sun setting which at the same time watch the cattle head down the field.”

“The Easter Kincaple Farmhouse was perfect for our group of 12 golfers. Plenty of room, very well appointed for kitchen needs, washer /dryer, washrooms, etc. The property itself was gorgeous as well. Better than advertised!”

“Perfect for a party of 10 adults and a 4 year old. Great pool and bbq facilities. Excellent pub/restaurant 100 metres away.”

“Ferhan and his family were great hosts. They met us at check in and took some time to show us the property and go through the house rules. The only challenge we had was we were unable to use the shower in the master bathroom due to the shower design likely to flood the room. Otherwise was just as described.”

“Very clean and well equipped property. Very comfy and some of us used the hot tub, which worked well. Great communication via the App. I would definitely use this house again. Thanks.”

“Property served its purpose well. Parts were a tad tired such as the stair carpets and big dips in the bedroom floors but the kitchen and dining room lounge were nice. Garden scruffy and no outside furniture. Oven was in need of a scrub. Beds were comfy however not enough bedding for the sofa bed or towels for everyone. No hand towels in the bathrooms just flannels. There was enough crockery for everyone and great kitchen facilities. Communicating with the host was excellent and very smooth.”

“Work colleges who used the estate for exhibition in London.Great house with plenty os space. Well equipped kitchen. The jacuzzi is an extra plus after a long working day.”

“Nice large house, well laid out with plenty of bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and plenty of seating in the lounge area. The farmer was very friendly and hospitable.”

“Great location for St Ives, with parking, as long as you are fit and able to walk up and down to town. Excellent location for visiting surrounding locations by car. A great property for 7- 10 people. Lots of space. Well equipped. ”
