“Can all of the positive reviews really be accurate? Yes! This is a magical place. Jamie's communication was outstanding. The cottage is comfortable and well appointed. Among our favorite stops were: Gloagburn Farm Shop, Drive up A9 to Aviemore, Dinner at Cairn Lodge, and for me - a day in St. Andrews. ”

“Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. ”

“We had a fab stay at this property. Great location and ideal base to explore. We stayed with our 2 dogs and the garden was secure for them. The beds were super comfortable which was great as there is nothing worse than a bad nights sleep when you are on holiday! The sofas were comfortable too. We found phone signal very sketchy and were unable to access netflix or prime but too be honest we were not there to watch telly so not really an issue! “From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable at Chapelton Cottage. The kitchen was perfectly appointed. Bed and sofas were comfy. Several books, board games, and maps were provided for evening enjoyment. The property and surrounding farmland was beautiful and pristine. ”

“Good for family (2 adults, 4 kids). Good location, 30 minute walk or 10-15 minute bus ride to the city centre. Clean apartment, some initial struggle with the front door key ‘technique’ but the video was helpful, could’ve done with a few more kitchen utensils / oven trays for self catering. Overall good, would stay again. ”
