"Room was okay, clean, and with all comfort ( nespresso machine!). Breakfast was very well presented and varied. Nice drink list. Unfortunately, we couldn't have dinner for two consecutive days because the hotel doesn't reserve tables for its guests. No one helped us with our luggage: two floors of stairs! The check-in was chaotic and poorly managed: despite having paid everything in advance, without any preliminary check, the clerk handed us the card reader to pay again! Even just asking or verifying first would have been a courteous gesture."
