“Ottima posizione con affaccio sul parco. Stanza piccola ma confortevole e silenziosa. Servizi con solita mancanza di bidet ma compensati da una ottima e grande doccia. Letto confortevole. Colazione eccellente in locale attorniato dai bei quadri di Ian Gray. Siamo arrivati prestissimo e ripartiti tardi, e così abbiamo apprezzato che ci abbiano custodito i bagagli prima di avere avuto stanza o dopo averla lasciata. Che dire? Consigliato ”

“The actual room was fairly clean with a decent shower and toilet and good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. Quite a bit of traffic noise from the main road. The building and surroundings are very run down, I wasn't even sure the pub was open to go in and collect the key as the windows had bars on them and the hanging sign was empty. Needs a bit of a paint job. Parking was dodgy, surrounded by bins, rubbish and just not very clear where to park.”

“House was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Was met by one of the owners, who was very welcoming and she gave me my key and some useful information. The room (a small double) was beautiful and looked out onto the main room. Bed was comfy and had a great night's sleep. Only 2 issues, plug sockets are all very low to the carpet and I struggled to use them, as I have health issues. Other issue was the shower. “We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants...
