“I was disappointed by the lack of clarity regarding the spa facilities. The online advertisement states that the hotel has spa facilities, which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. Unfortunately, we were only informed upon arrival that there was an additional £40 charge to use them. This information should be clearly stated in the advertisement so guests can make an informed decision before booking. Greater transparency would help avoid disappointment and improve the overall guest...

“Doccia vecchissima e sporca”

“Questo B&B si trova vicino il cimitero di belfast, un po' troppo lontano dal centro,impossibile arrivarci a piedi, per noi è stato un dramma. Di fronte ci sono negozi come Lidl, McDonald's ecc molto comodi. La ragazza che ci ha accolto molto gentile e disponibile. La camera troppo piccola e mal arredata ma pulita. La cucina che offriva la colazione pulita. Nel complesso lo sconsiglio per la distanza e per il prezzo troppo elevato rispetto a ciò che propongono. ”
