Hotel a Falmouth

“Staff, cleanliness”

“Beautiful and clean rooms. Casino is big and has a great selection of games. Definitely will be back.”

“Expedia was horrible, hotel was horrible. Tried canceling the reservation hotel refused, and Expedia didn't even help me. The hotel was pure trash but I'm actually more upset at Expedia for allowing me to have this experience”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed and bedding. Great glass-door shower. Good night lighting in bathroom. Very easy parking.”

“Plenty shops nearby. Was able to visit a sports store to purchase a shirt for my run the next day.”

“No comment on breakfast as we had to leave very early. The room was clean and beds were very comfortable. ”

“Breakfast was OK. However there was no fresh fruit or fruit of any kind. This is the second Spark Hotel I have stayed at. In both cases the orange juice was watery . I couldn’t drink it. The coffee was very good.”

“There was no coffee maker, microwave or toaster in the room. The breakfast served included lukewarm and somehow firm scrambled eggs and burnt sausage. The bread offered was white or wheat. Not what I had hoped for from a Hilton hotel.”

“Clean room. Air-conditioning worked well. No shampoo offered. No tissues. Towels were just ok. Good for the price I paid. I would stay here again”

“The rooms were clean. The bed was ok. Breakfast was ok not great but ok. However, they took my credit card for incidentals and when I checked the card account after leaving they charged it $10.65 with out telling me they were going to. Upon calling them to inquite what that was they said parking fee. When I told the guy on the phone that I was not informed of a parking fee charge he said that they always tell everyone about it....well no sir they did not last night. The charge was not alot...
