“The hard flooring in the rooms don't block the sound of upstairs neighbors walking around in hard shoes. Limited TV channels available. Very good transit service to downtown Seattle. Semi express route 150. ”

“Breakfast was always fresh and they introduced some different items on a rotating schedule which was nice as we were there a week. Our kitchen had everything we needed to cook as well. ”

“Staff was very helpful with storing luggage before check in. Assisted with getting early check in. Room was very clean and quiet atmosphere. ”

“Breakfast was disgusting sticky and totally unsanitary. Pool was also disgusting and unclean, floor falling apart When I brought up my concern to the management it was completely dismissed even though they guarantee 100% satisfaction ”

“This place is awful. They only had one elevator that was working. They didn’t tell us the pool was out of service. There was fighting in the hallway at 2am. The only thing that was good about the one night stay was I got reimbursed for my reservation and the office staff was very helpful.”

“It’s an older hotel with decent cleanliness. The appliances were old and some were broken. The front desk sold me a frozen meal that had been previously thawed and was moldy before it was refrozen. There are three buildings at the hotel and one is a different hotel with almost exactly the same name, which confused several people trying to check in and caused a decent amount of wasted time. There is no continental breakfast. It was quiet, which was nice. There are not many places to walk to...

“I was really excited to see the property when we drove up. It was cute little apartment homes....the front desk clerk was nice and professional. I was utterly disappointed going in....the ottoman has a HUGE desk stain on it ... There are holes in the lamp and on the curtains, window shades.... Worst of all was I COULDN'T TAKE A SHOWER ..no matter how long I ran the hot water, it NEVER got above cold...instead of staying another night ..like we were probably going to do, we decided to go home. ”

“Very comfortable beds!! The hotel could do with a nice refurbishing but overall is a good bargain with shuttle bus to/from airport and bkfst. I would recommend to someone not looking for a fancy establishment. The staff was very courteous and friendly ”
