“Worst hotel experience of my life. I get off a 6 hour flight and go to take a hot shower - no hot water. i go to grab a towel and it has black stains. i go to use the phone to call the front desk and it doesn’t work. had to get dressed soaking wet and go downstairs to demand a new room. whole experience and stay was awful. stay somewhere else. ”

“We love this hotel! Our daughter is in the UOP Dental program which is right next door to this hotel. This is our favorite hotel of all places. The rooms are very clean. The decor and layout of the rooms are nicely done. I love the motorized drapes that open and close. The view for the higher floors see beautiful. The staff is very professional.
Very high quality furnitures the beds are soft and fluffy. Thank you to all the staff!”

“L’hotel molto bello, peccato la zona (circondato da homeless, spacciatori, drogati...) ma comunque comodo con i mezzi.
Due osservazioni: camere non sufficientemente insonorizzate con il corridoio, e soprattutto al 7’ piano c’è un via vai di persone e giovani che vanno al locale sul rooftoop all’8 piano tramite la scala (e gridano e ridono nel cuore della notte); la stanza é spaziosa ma con un minuscolo armadio e senza spazi per appoggiare le valige, inoltre la doccia è buia.”

“This was a bad stay. The Found staff onsite was awful! Tho not bPoshtels hire, the latter is housed in the Found hotel. I travel, but maintain an address in SF for business. It is on my ID. “Nice motel style structure, heated pool and clean rooms. Had a nice style to the property. Breakfast available in the foyer. Parking right outside the front door (big plus in SF). On the downside the hotel had lots of people hanging around outside the property all day and we sadly didn't feel that safe to walk around with our two teenagers.”
