Hotel vicino a FanDuel Sportsbook and Horse Racing - Collinsville

“The room was clean, the hotel was slightly dated but it wasn’t an issue. There were only two sets of towels. No bedding for the 2nd bed, and there was no microwave or fridge because they were all being used.”

“Small insect showing on the air conditioning inside the room.”

“There’s nothing to like about this property. It was filthy. The photos they share of the property are misleading. Random noises that no one can explain. There were bugs and animal feces in the beds. The beds were made, but they were not clean. Sheets had blood stains and other stains on them. Property refused to refund me.”

“Very nice place to stay.”

“Very fresh and new.”

“The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also good. However, the couch near the breakfast tables was old and dirty and should be replaced. Overall, the property was good.”

“All was perfect ”

“Everything was good except the breakfast. The food wasn’t very hot. It wasn’t the best tasting either. I wasn’t impressed by it. But everything else was good.”

“The shower had mold in it, very poor lighting in the bathroom, sitting chair and ottoman were dirty.”

“Personale molto gentile un po' fuori dal centro ”

“Siamo qui solo per un giorno in visita parenti. Non possiamo dire molto ma l’hotel è decisamente consigliabile ”

“I have stayed here off and on for 5 years. First thing was they asked for my credit card to charge incidental, $40.00. If I didn't have issues, I would get it back. The second thing was my room, 218, was so covered up in strong room deodorant, it choked me, made my eyes water. It was terrible. I talked to housekeeping who stated some use strong deodorant and some use not so strong. After unpacking. All of my clothes, shoes, etc smells like it. I had to wash my clothes twice I think you...

“Clean room, helpful staff”
