“I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. I asked about breakfast and was led to believe that was doubtful and being able to invite a guest not allowed! “Fitting aircons would definately add value to the stay. Rooms originally booked was very noisy but that has been sorted. Extremely hot, uncomfortable room with only a portable fan available. By opening the sliding door let mosquitoes into the room. The lication also next to main road with cars and trucks up and down 24hrs”

“The initial arrival when we parked in the public parking raised some concerns, however the lovely hotel security lady quickly intervened and directed us to the proper hotel parking, from that point it was fantastic! The room was spotless, big and well appointed. But THE VIEWS!… WOW!!! The hotel certainly lives up to the name!
