“Water damage on the ceiling, causing it to look rundown, paint was peeling. Air conditioning was not working. They did offer us a fan after we tried to use the AC, which tripped the power. After that, they let us know per message that we shouldn’t use the AC. ”

“I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. I asked about breakfast and was led to believe that was doubtful and being able to invite a guest not allowed! “The room was clean and well fitted, however, the aircon was not working correctly. This was mentioned to front desk which could not fixed it so all night sleeping with a humid warm room. It was still not fixed 2 days later when I checked out.”
