“Fitting aircons would definately add value to the stay. Rooms originally booked was very noisy but that has been sorted. Extremely hot, uncomfortable room with only a portable fan available. By opening the sliding door let mosquitoes into the room. The lication also next to main road with cars and trucks up and down 24hrs”

“Without a doubt the best guest house we have ever stayed at. The owners took the time to get to know us and made us feel like family. They are very attentive to your needs. Will definitely stay there again on a return trip. Way to go Paula and Bruce!! You nailed it.”

“Water damage on the ceiling, causing it to look rundown, paint was peeling. Air conditioning was not working. They did offer us a fan after we tried to use the AC, which tripped the power. After that, they let us know per message that we shouldn’t use the AC. ”

“I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. I asked about breakfast and was led to believe that was doubtful and being able to invite a guest not allowed! My previous stay at Cherry Berry provided a delicious breakfast for me and my roommate and a generous willingness to invite a friend to join us. We ate in the garden and were delighted at...

“Staff, clean room”

“The room was clean and well fitted, however, the aircon was not working correctly. This was mentioned to front desk which could not fixed it so all night sleeping with a humid warm room. It was still not fixed 2 days later when I checked out.”

“Stayed as a solo female traveler and felt very safe in this hotel, which is also super clean with super nice staff. I had dinner there too, and the food was pretty good.”
