The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating. “Property was just as pictured. Great location near the pond. Home had everything I could have needed, including a few snacks. Bit of a snafu on check-in but host communication was quick and pleasant!”

“Check in details were provided only a few days before our arrival and only after we reached out to inquire. Photos did not include exterior photos of the home so it wasn’t very easy to find, nor were the instructions clear that the “front door” is actually the second floor so instead we walked in to the unfinished basement (also not included in the photos) which made us concerned we were walking in to the wrong house! House was also not very clean unfortunately!”

I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. “Everything about this place was great. Had a great time! The only issue was the bed! Mattress was uncomfortable and hard. Switched to the pull out couch, and that was bad also!”
