“My staff arrived just before office closing and called me 15 mins later to say they could not stay in the room because of a musty & mouldy smell and one of the beds had stain on the bedding! I had to give them permission to leave and get a room elswhere! Extremely disappointing after ready 9 star reviews...never stay again.”

“The location was good and the room was large. We had a harbour view but unfortunately the window was so fogged we couldn’t really see the harbour. We also had to call down for towels because there were none in the room and we didn’t have any extra toilet paper for when we ran out. Breakfast was buffet and was fine. Parking was $18 for overnight which wasn’t expected but wasn’t a big deal as we could walk to a lot of things from the hotel. Overall it wasn’t a horrible stay and I’m sure at one...

“Clean rooms. No elevator so difficult when on second floor for luggage and people with mobility issues. We didn’t know this until check in so didn’t know to ask for a ground floor room. Included breakfast was basic but good.”
