Hotel vicino a Faro Kemah Lighthouse - Houston

“Everything was great. The parking garage was easy to access and was safe. There was security seen riding on a golf cart monitoring the garage from time to time. The staff at the desk were super welcoming and greeted us each time we came and left the property. We had a balcony room, but unfortunately construction was happening out side our window so the view was not the best, we could view the Bay Area and the construction was not taking place at the time so it wasn’t loud or disruptive...

“The pool was green upon arrival but the issue fixed while there. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The staff was the best part of our stay. They were all pleasant and helpful.”

“Perfect location close to many attractions including Kemah Boardwalk, NASA Space Center, and Galveston. Very clean, reasonable price, and most of all i liked the friendly staff. Family friendly as well. Will stay here again in the future.”

“Sono stato 5 notti. Le prime 2 camera comunicante (con porte chiuse) con un maleducato che teneva acceso la tv ad alto volume tutta la notte. Mi sono lamentato ma non è cambiato nulla. Mi hanno dato un’altra stanza e molto rumorosa sulla strada. Ultime 2 notti stanza 220 al secondo piano, molto bene. Staff molto gentile. Fanno omelette fresche, non comune negli USA. ”

“There was a big mixup when I called to confirm my reservation and spoke with a man. I was told I didn't have a reservation so I registered again since there were 2 days until check in. I was charged anyway for the "non existent" reservation. The female desk clerk was professional but I wasn't happy with the extra charge. Otherwise the accommodations were great.”

“We had adjoining rooms. The one room was handicapped accessible and was very large and spacious. The other room had two queens and was very small.”
