“The floor was so filthy our socks were black. The floor also had crumbs and animal crackers on it, the shower had hair and a bug and the blow dryer was so gross, even a bleach wipe would not clean it. We told the front desk the next morning. When we returned late that night, we had a new blow dryer, but the floor was not vacuumed or cleaned and still hair in the shower.
