“I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. Windows are dirty, space smelled musty, and the property is generally tired and run-down. When I asked for my wifi password as...

“The problem was that we booked because of the ability to park our car while we fly on vacation. They told us when we got there that they did not have a shuttle driver till after noon. Not to worry that if we take an uber they would reimburse us. ( they did not). Then when we got back from vacation and called to have the shuttle pick us up. “I really appreciated that the gravy was vegetarian! Breakfast was fairly standard for a hotel, but everything tasted good and the biscuits in particular were really good. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Air conditioning was excellent, when I adjusted the temperature & fan speed I noticed those changes in the room temperature almost immediately. ”

“When we arrived it was a young boy out in his car playing music really loud but it was still early so I let it be. Walking in the door to check in and the same young boy walked behind to go to the front desk. Come to find out he worked there so he checked me in I went to my room to put my luggage away and the rooms most definitely needs to be remodeled. I left to go get food come back the same young boy was outside standing by the door smoking weed. ”
