“This is an old hotel in a lower/mid neighborhood. They don't allow bag checking or early check in. The rooms were old but clean and functional. Price is readonable. You check in through a well worn hole in the glass and must make a cash deposit of $50. Some will be put off by this but it met my needs for the price.”

“The property was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Can’t recommend mixed drinks at the bar as the bartender, although friendly, didn’t do very well with my cocktail. “The poor property condition shows a total lack of maintenance, The curtain rod was falling off the wall, there were no clothes hangers in the closet, there was no tv remote to be found, and the towels were rougher than coarse sandpaper. The neighborhood is very sketchy, filled with people who looked vagrants, drug addicts and prostitutes. The free breakfast was so bad that you would have had to pay me to eat it. “I arrived at the property to be told I had no reservation. The attendant said it was probably at their other location about 1/2 mile away. Went to that location and was told there was no reservation. I double checked my booking and it said it was the original location. Didn’t stay at either one. Rebooked somewhere else. Both places seem a little shady”
