“The Biggest thing is Parking. Parking is so limited and then they let trucks with trailers on the property and block the whole parking lot. Second thing is the property has a smell like old”

“We stay at many Hiltons, and this one was not very clean. There was dog smell all over, the hotel tries to cover it up with a strong scent. Our shower did not work; room smelled like mold and beds were very hard. The pool was not kept up, very dirty my kids did not want to get in. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.”

No laundry bag in the room, when I asked housekeeping for one they referred me to front desk where there was no one to be found… I was planning on resolving at the front desk at check out but there was no one there. “The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked nicely. Water pressure in shower was quite low. Breakfast was just ok. No fruit available. Well located for us.”
