Hotel vicino a Fate Sanders Recreation Area - Nashville

“My husband stays there for work at least once a week. I make the reservations. He went to check in last night on April 21st and they said he had no reservation and refused him a room. He had the card he paid for the room and the information and they refused him. So he had to drive to another hotel and pay again. Horrible service after we have used them so many times”

“The room was dirty. There was a dark black spot in the shower. Toilet was not clean. One bed looked clean the other bed had dirt spots on the sheets. The coffee in the breakfast bar was very weak. There was granola bars, boiled eggs, oatmeal, & yogurt. There was a homeless couple who were living in there car that kept coming in a back door to get food. ”

“The breakfast was very good and there was plenty of selection. It was busy but still room for parking. We only stayed one night and had very little interaction with the staff, but the interaction we did have was friendly. The room was smaller than I expected, but it was fine for a one-night stay.”

“Avoid this Fairfield. Our room had significant water damage (bubbling ceilings and soaked door frames). We reported it immediately, but the GM, Valerie, is now telling Marriott Corporate that 'no one ever spoke to her' in an attempt to block our refund. ​I have the timestamped emails and photos to prove otherwise. It is a sad state of affairs when a brand like Marriott allows a local GM to gaslight guests regarding structural failures. Currently considering escalating this to the Tennessee...
