Hotel vicino a Faver-Dykes State Park - St. Augustine

“The property was beautiful. It sits close to the road so we heard traffic a lot. Our bathroom was quirky. We had a room with a spa tub but the shower part was difficult to use. The faucet in the sink was difficult to work around...either splashed the floor or got my hair wet when I rinsed after brushing my teeth. The sunsets were incredible”

“When I arrived, even though I had a reservation - person at front desk told me they were sold out and couldn’t help me. Her indifference was really disappointing. It was midnight and I had been driving for 10 hours. I slept in my car. I am grateful I am safe but super disappointed in the situation and how it was handled. ”

“I didn't like the fact that We were sleeping with children in the room that the Air Conditioner was not working and when contacted customer service nothing was done. We were given a face fan. Unreal! I want this complain to be escalated to Corporate office. We should be compensated for paying for such discomfort.”

“The staff was great. There were a few concerns. 1. The floor was wet and appeared to have been flooded. We had to walk on towels the first few days. 2. Outlets didn't work. 3. One day the warm breakfast was closed because the warmer was broken. There were lots of other options but since I was only having protein, I couldn't eat anything but peanut butter.”

“My $600 Mountain Bike was stolen from the back of my truck the first of 3 nights there. I was VERRY UPSET but the Hotel has NO outside security so to claim that they are and we’re not responsible for my loss!! I did enjoy my stay but it made for a very difficult decision to write this. I will not be staying there again due to the Hotel negligence on security measures due to my loss. The pool was clean and room was nice. I just did not expect the result from my loss. I actually bought the bike...

“Everything was clean but the bed was placed weirdly, there were no outlets near the bed, the floors were kind of sticky and my feet would be dirty after walking on the floors, but everything else was fine, breakfast was okay, staff was friendly, and it was nice being able to walk to the beach”
