“I made a reservation through Expedia. My evening flight from Boston to Washington Dulles was delayed until 11pm and eventually canceled. I called Expedia to cancel my reservation and was informed I was unable to cancel due to policy and I would be charged 1-night stay. This is incredibly harsh given that bad weather caused a flight cancelation preventing me from arriving.”

“Hotel is run down, and dirty. The toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor, the shower was very slow to drain, everytime we went out of the room we had to get the key cards reprogrammed. The Tv remote was put together with duct tape. The hallway had a very strong smell of people smoking weed and there were empty beer bottles sitting on the stairs. Should have just slept in the car.”

“Arrived late, check in went quick. Breakfast was good, had everything I needed for breakfast.”
