Situato proprio di fronte alle porte di Ole Main, proprio dietro le case Tri-Delt e Zeta, non puoi davvero avvicinarti di più. È stato appena rimodellato, ed è perfetto per i giochi, i weekend dei genitori, il blues delle biciclette, la laurea, o qualsiasi cosa che possa portarti a Fayetteville. Ha doppia zona di calore e aria, una lavastoviglie, lavatrice / asciugatrice, una griglia per barbecue e un sacco di spazio per allungare. Puoi rilassarti sul grande portico anteriore o su uno dei 2 mazzi più piccoli sul retro, ascoltando le campane di Ole Main. Great house. Great location.

Beautiful house. The property owner is very nice and communicative before and during the stay. We had a few issues during the stay and they rectified them immediately. I highly recommend this house for any family or large group coming to Fayetteville. It is walking distance to everything on campus as well.

In town for family memorial service

It was a charming little home! Comfortably fit four couples. We had issues with plumbing and the Hulu hookup that were quickly resolved. To be honest, we didn't spend a lot of time in the house, and did not cook a meal there...but it looked like an adequately stocked kitchen. Would recommend it.

Great weekend

This is a great house in an superb location. We meet 2 other couples for a weekend get together. It’s centrally located with parking for 4 vehicles and lots of space for a group. We enjoyed being close to Dickson street and hanging out on the front porch. Thanks for a great weekend with friends in Fayetteville.

Great location with walking access to the U of A. Right next to many of the sororities amd the main historical building. Good service from the owners. Thermostat was promptly fixed. Clean house.

Perfect house with great location

Great place!

The home was in a great location, and worked out perfect for a few couples that were there. Plenty of bathrooms For multiple couples. If I was just 20 years younger it would’ve been a perfect walk to Dickson Street! 😂

great place close to University of Arkansas campus

The four bedrooms fit our extended family perfectly. It was great having two king bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms. Having three bathrooms helped us all get ready easily each morning. The location so close to campus couldn't be beat! Adults and kids both really liked the house. The owners were very accommodating. We visited in-between semesters, but the area was very quiet at night for us. As another reviewer mentioned, there are only four spaces at the dining table, but our large family all managed fine with the large living room right there, too. We would not hesitate to return to this house if we get an opportunity to visit the area again!

Very nice property

It is in a wonderful location for sporting events and Dickson Street. Perfect house for 4 couples. The only thing I would suggest and it wasn't a big deal is more seating to eat meals and additional eating utensils and plates.
