Great weekend in Fayetteville! My wife and I had gone up for a weekend event that was taking place on Dickson and the Upper Ramble. The location of this condo was PERFECT!!! It was close to everything going on, we were able to take breaks from the heat and cool off, which was very helpful. Also enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants for dinner and a late night treat. For those that don't know Dickson street is known for its nightlife (bars/clubs) but we weren't bothered by the sound at all! The bedroom does not have a window so it gets really dark - for us that was wonderful. If that is a an issue an entire wall of the living room is windows so you could leave the bedroom door open and sunlight would come in. Great view, and nice balcony. We were able to watch the parade from the balcony with snacks and drinks! There are some great shades on the windows that keep things cool as it does get the late afternoon sun. Tub is a deep soaker type, and so it has high sides. It is a tub/shower combo so if you have mobility trouble it could be a challenge to get in. There wasn't anything in the kitchen but the cooking implements. No seasonings, oil, or condiments that are at some places so FYI if you're planning to cook you need to bring ALL that. We had a slight issue getting the key fob to get in (Lockbox stuck) but Jason was super responsive and helpful in resolving the issue. We will definitely look to stay here again when in the area.
