Charming luxury remodel in the heart of East Fayetteville!

Home has been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling with the latest trends. Home is within walking distance to several restaurants and ice cream shop!

Large open living room for socializing/dining together with large screen tv and space for extra blow up mattress (+2). Kitchen features quartz countertops, brand new cabinets and hardware. Kitchen has breakfast nook right off the kitchen to socialize while you entertain. Three bedrooms off the living room with queen mattresses.

Each bedroom and of course the living has a smart tv to connect to your favorite streaming services.

Perfect location. So well appointed. We had everything we needed! Our daughter was getting married at Stone Chapel at Matt Lane farm and we had plenty of space for pre wedding prep and only a 6 minute drive. We were super comfortable!

10 Stars all the way

If I could give more than 10 stars I would. Every accommodation that could be made was present. This is a newly hotel-like setting remodeled home that is so impressive. A big fenced in backyard made our little Frenchie not want to come inside- she loved it! This was impeccably clean and inviting. You immediately felt relaxed and the decor just made you smile!! For 1600 square feet, this charmer felt like a castle. Rachel is a premiere host who was responsive to my questions-I and my family could not have been happier with our stay in Fayetteville!!

Quiet, charming home in Fayetteville

The location was 10-15 minutes from the main places in Fayetteville we visited but it was to have a nice quiet place to come back to. Easy to access and having the garage option was nice since there was a threat of hail during our stay. A/C worked well, water pressure and temp were good

Home is nicely decorated and had the capacity to accommodate far more than my party of 3. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, but also relatively close to everything I needed to do on my stay.

Great house for the weekend

This is a great rental…perfect location (avoided heavy traffic on west side of town), incredibly clean, comfortable furnishings, responsive host, great price. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice accommodations and great communication with the owner. We stayed a week and loved the location! It was a well maintained property for our family and lots of towels, snacks, and extra touches that made the stay comfortable.

Comfortable, Clean, Easy!

Title says it all! Super clean, neat, comfortable, easy communication booking. We will surely stay here again when visiting family in area but would also be great if visiting UofA or surrounds. Property is in quiet neighborhood, contains everything you need for short or longer stay.

This property is in a great location and was perfect for grandparents, parents and two young children. Highly recommend. I had a question on our way into town and the owner responded very quickly and was most accommodating.
