• Starter set of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided

• In-unit washer and dryer located in the hallway for your convenience

• Fresh linens and towels are provided for your stay

OUTDOOR SPACE:

• Large, fully fenced backyard, offering plenty of space for pets to play safely. Supervision of pets and children are recommended.



Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home minus one locked closet located within the carport. Self check-in is available via smart lock--you'll receive all access instructions before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in experience.



The Neighborhood:

Located within the Lafayette Village neighborhood, a well-established, family-friendly area just west of Downtown Fayetteville.



Getting Around:

Fayetteville does not have a robust public transportation system and travel by personal vehicle is best. Lyft and Uber both service most areas.



Other Things to Note:

• Guest Verification: We are committed to protecting our property, which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, a third-party guest-screening service. You will be asked to complete a verification process and will be given the choice between purchasing a non-refundable $35 damage waiver or paying a refundable $500 security deposit.

• Check-In/Out Times: Check-ins later than 9:00 PM must be coordinated with us in advance to ensure

staff availability in case you need assistance. No refunds will be issued for issues arising from an

uncoordinated late arrival.

• Checkout Procedures: Upon checkout, please place all garbage in a bin, put used towels in the black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor, and start the dishwasher or hand-wash any used dishes.

• A House, Not a Hotel: Please treat our home with the same respect you would your own.

• Accessibility: This home is a single-story ranch but is not wheelchair accessible. We recommend

constant supervision of children and pets.

• Amenities: We provide a starter set of household essentials (toilet paper, soap, etc.). Should you need

more during your stay, stores are located nearby.

• Entertainment: The TVs are for streaming only (no cable). Please bring your login information for your

personal subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, etc.).

• Potential Fees: Please be aware of potential fees for policy violations, including a $250 Smoking Fee,

a $25 Lockout Fee, and an Additional Cleaning Fee of $120

• $350 if the home is left in an excessively messy state.

We're here to make your experience seamless--from self check-in to local recommendations and anything you may need for your stay. We're always one message or call away if you have any questions or need assistance. Please note out Host Team is available 24/7 to assist with simple requests and ensuring guests check-in smoothly. Our local manager is available Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM and for after hours emergencies.



Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!
