The first thing you'll notice about our home is the bright blue, unique gable roof! Walk in the front door and you'll immediately enter into our living room. Here, you'll find a cozy couch - which folds out into a Queen-size bed, a lounge chair, a 45-inch Samsung Smart TV and tons of natural light flowing in from the paned windows. Up for a game night with the crew? You can find Razorback Trivia in the side table!

Walk through the living room and you'll enter our farmhouse-style kitchen, which features open shelving and an exposed brick backsplash. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking amenities you need to create a delicious home-cooked meal or baked goods. Through the kitchen, you'll see our dining table, which sits in a bank of windows overlooking the yard. Here, you can sit up to seven people.

When it's time for bed, you'll have the choice of six beds:
(1) Upstairs, our first bedroom has a King-size bed, two closets, two dressers, a desk area, a seating area and a nearby bath.
(2) On the main floor, our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, 28-inch Samsung Smart TV and nearby bath.
(3-4) Our third bedroom has a Twin-size bed with a Twin-size trundle, closet and nearby bath.
(5) Downstairs, our fourth bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, dresser, closet, 33-inch Vizio Smart TV, door leading to the back patio and nearby bath.
(6) Our sixth bed can be found in the living room. Our couch folds out into a Queen-size bed.

Outside, you'll have access to our large, fully fenced-in backyard and deck. On the top level of our deck, you'll see a two-top table with chairs and two barstools. On the lower deck, you'll have access to a lounge set. Under the deck, you'll find a Weber charcoal grill, two rocking chairs, Baggo, a foldable ping pong table and folding chairs. Finally, in the yard, you'll see a hammock and our fire pit area.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:
House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
