“Este hotel convirtió mis vacaciones en un infierno, al llegar al hotel notamos que estaba en construcción detalle que nunca aclararon al momento de hacer la reserva, la piscina estaba fuera de servicio, una de las razones por lo que reservé en este hotel y no pude utilizar, el ascensor fuera de servicio, la habitación súper pequeña, la construcción comenzaba a las 7am, me acerco al counter de servicio al cliente y les indico que deseaba silencio para poder dormir y la empleada con tono arrogante...

“El personal es super amable y muy atento especialmente el caballero de mantenimiento Y las damas de servicio. El lugar queda en una excelente ubicación cerca de todo. La habitación necesita un poco de cariño (Inodoro y Aire acondicionado) Fue una excelente estancia definitivamente si tuviera que volver lo escogería otra vez”

“The room smelled like someone was smoking inside room for years , came back at night and smelled like weed inside the room! In the morning there was a roach walking on toilet patter and about 4 hours after check out called see if they found my daughters light stick and they put my on hold for 10 mins than took my phone number and never called me back to say anything at all! Besides that Jessica I believe was her name at check out was nice but honestly would never stay here again oh and i forgot...

“The property is a little run down. Location was good. Room floor felt dirty. It was nice to have amenities while our place was being tented. The not so good was staff were not overly friendly. We needed a place to work for 3 days and booked it because it had 1 huge table and a desk. When we got to the room there was one chair. We asked the front desk for an extra chair and they said they didnt have any....well why have a huge table and desk if only one chair to sit in?? With that said...
