The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing and eager to answer any questions I had and ensure a pleasant stay.”

“Many of the hotel guests seemed like unsavory characters, perhaps due to the hotel location. Most of the common areas, like the hallways/corridors and elevator were not clean. On the plus side at least one of the reception clerks was very helpful in dealing with a room key issue. ”
