Hotel vicino a Federation Pavilion - Sydney

“Unfortunately the lobby bar and rooftop restaurant were under construction and, although the staff assured me all guests were notified when booking, I don't recall receiving this information. For the price of one night, guests deserve a phone call after booking and email, ensuring people know the status of the hotel while under construction. The footpath & streetside were also being worked on, making it difficult to get taxi/ride-share transport with luggage. I was hoping for a better experience...

“Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there! We will be back!”

“Decor, amenities, location, and the fabulous staff. Loved the bar and restaurant downstairs ”

“Personale cortese e disponibile a tutte le ore. Ottima colazione.”

“Stanza piccola”

“Posizione ottima Semplice ma ben gestito”

“Excellent stay, no notes”

“Le due camere non disponibili nonostante il pagamento effettuato anche per il giorno prima. Ricevuto un upgrade per una delle due camere... come soluzione ..”

“Good price, good location, very good rooms. Cleaning is not that good. I could notice bathroom, carpet, sink and coffee area not being cleaned properly. Staff are nice.”

The water pooled on the floor following a shower but it was carefully dried by cleaning staff members on a daily basis and towels were in plentiful...

“Beautifully located in one of the nicest places in Sydney, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms extremely close to bars and restaurants for relaxing time”
