“This hotel was lovely. Rooms were spacious with a four poster bed. Beautiful en suite. Food was mind blowing. Presentation and taste. Drinks at the bar very well stocked and staff were so helpful. They really couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. ”

“The staff were so helpful, couldn't do enough for us. The food was out of this world, so tasty and beautifully presented.
The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a huge walk in shower. There was a kettle and a wide variety of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits too.
We both slept well. The curtains were blackout so weren't disturbed by the light either.”

Full use of facilities ! Pool and spa areas were so clean. Room was perfect. Although need bigger coffee cups 😄 and couldn't find drinking water or bottle water to buy.
Was a lot of confusion due to booking club room with Expedia check in they say have free breakfast and then get to breakfast in morning ...... £25 for two because you didn't book directly through village was a bit annoying because we'd already eaten it.

“We stayed for one night & chose the larger room when we booked so had plenty of space. Loved the decor & ordered the waterfall prints that were in the room when we got home to remind us of the waterfalls. Room did get hot (very warm weather when we stayed) but there was a fan & we probably hadn't got the velux windows open as far as they could go. Booked a table when we booked in & had a very enjoyable evening meal.”

Gorgeous view of the beach from our window, very clean room, excellent facilities, comfy bed, friendly owner. We felt very comfortable here and it was perfect for our trip. Amazing for the price too. Only very slight complaint is that it’s was quite noisy being on a main road but other than that it was perfect. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back if...

There was also a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower and bath. Everything worked and was clean. I think good value. The location was perfect, with walkable restaurants and bars close by. ”

“All as described. Suggest requesting a room away from main road but lovely decor , fancy coffee machine and great shower. Parking in Bath Road immediately behind is only £1 for 3 hours so £8 for 24hours. Happy to return ”

“Booked this hotel as the rest of our large group were staying at The Ivy Bush Hotel opposite, where they had been recommended.
We were not disappointed, the hotel was beautifully decorated and everywhere spotlessly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was included and was scrummy.
Our friends at The Ivy Bush were extremely disappointed with their accommodation and evening meal and next time will book the Spilman Hotel.

“Thus is a second visit. Staff are fantastic. We had lovely breakfasts with goodcquality bacon and sausage. There is a large carpark which is a huge asset as parking in Mumbles is always tricky. It is a charming hotel and I hope they never change it.”
