“Struttura meravigliosa, quasi un villaggio a parte non molto distante a piedi dal centro di Banff. Personale super gentile e disponibile. Ottimo ristorante per cene e colazioni con porzioni abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Camere favolose, con tutti i confort, bella vista delle montagne, camino vero funzionante che fa molto atmosfera, letti comodissimi e bagno moderno con prodotti Occitane ottimi. Parcheggi comodi davanti alle camere e una fantastica hot tube che non poteva mancare...

“La struttura si trova lungo la via principale di Banff e offre la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage sotterraneo a pagamento. Personale repection poco sorridente poco professionale, potrebbero tranquillamente cambiare lavoro. Hotel decisamente caro ma d'altronde la località è esclusiva. La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno.”

“The staff were incredible. Our car was always ready for us and everyone was kind and paid special attention to detail. One staff member over heard us talking about going to dinner at one of the restaurants at the hotel. We asked him if we needed a reservation and he said no, you should be able to get right in. We had a party of 9. When we showed up to the restaurant a table was already reserved for us because that staff member had called ahead and reserved the table for us on our behalf. 10...
