We had the other side that looked onto the construction sight that the hotel left us ear plugs and sound machine which was thoughtful of them. “We stayed in the suite with two separate bedroom areas and a kitchen in between. It's older property and long overdue for renovation which doesn't bother me but might bother some. There are no blackout curtains and the curtains barely covered the window so it's very bright in the morning. The staff tried to be helpful but when my neighbors were repeatedly noisy starting at 10:45 p.m. it took a lot of prompting for the front desk to ask them to be quiet. For three nights in a row.”

In my view, the latest check-in should be 2pm, and basic amenities such as towels should be provided as a standard requirement anywhere in the world.”
