    BRAND NEW LAKE ACCESS!

    Sunset Bluff is a cute, dog-friendly cottage in the woods with a large backyard overloooking Lake Michigan. Enjoy the sunsets, summer meals outside on the deck, laughs by the fire pit, and a short drive to local beaches.

    INSIDE THE HOME
    Three bedrooms with sleeping for six as well as sleeping for two in the cozy 3-season sunroom. Plenty of space for your family and friends to gather. Two full bathrooms offer plenty of room for everyone. Galley kitchen has all the amenities you'll need to enjoy cooking meals, and the dining room table seats 6, with an additional small table for 2, or eat outside!

Great house and locations. We loved the sunset on the bluff or down on the beach. Easy and short drive to Saugatuck. Yard area was also great for the kids to run around and play. Excellent communication with the Jaqua vacation rental team.

Great location. Private beach accessories down a flight of stairs. Very clean. Had everything we needed and a pretty well stocked kitchen (appliances/cookware, etc). Would only recommend that property place a set of blinds in the master bath window - looks out onto neighbor's driveway. Great stay, would recommend

Comfortable stay, plenty of couches all in good condition. Took several strolls on the beach as their is easy access. Would gladly stay again.

Cozy lake house

Great spot to relax with some friends and take in a great sunset. The house was stocked with everything we needed and check in and out was a breeze.

Beach and lake front cottage!

We stayed the week. The house has a great location. A short drive to Saugatauk, Holland, and South Haven. The house was clean and well maintained. We saw deer and turkey. The private Beach with lake access was perfect for the family.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property! Other homes in the area are nicer but priced much (thousands) higher and I felt this home gave us exactly what we needed for a few days stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking items needed to make family meals, there were plenty of dishes for everyone, and plenty of sheets/towels. Washer and dryer in the basement were used and needed! The property also provided little starter lots of travel shampoo, soap, dishwasher tablets, etc. which we appreciated. There were a lot of bugs but the house is in the woods so we expected that. Bring bug spray and lots of it. There’s a hose outside to rinse sand off before going in but we had to vacuum every night because there’s just no getting around tracking sand inside. The hose off situation really needs a concrete patio to make it easier but what you’re getting for the price makes sense. The view was PHENOMENAL. You get your own basically private beach shared with only whoever is renting next door. It was truly a 10/10. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. I would stay again for sure! Very cute spot.

Fall at the Lake

We loved the property and the fall colors were gorgeous. We loved sitting in the yard facing the lake. Interior space is large and beds were comfortable. We’d like to visit again in May!

Amazing View!

This property is amazing! Clean and well maintained. Sunset Bluff is perfectly positioned in the middle of Saugatuck and South Haven. Our family loved our time in Michigan!

House was perfect for family of five . Cozy - nice kitchen and beautiful views of sunset . Address is not accurate in check in instructions- especially confusing when arriving at night .

Amazing location, just a short trip to Douglas/ Saugatuck. The beach is easily accessible with a moderately long set of stairs down the dune to the beach which was almost entirely private (stairs are shared with adjacent property). While we were staying there was a good 40 ft of white sandy beach which was perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, and swimming. The view from the backyard and top of the dune is immaculate. Home amenities are appropriate and maintained.

What a perfect place for a relaxing Lake Michigan vacation! The house was clean and had most everything we needed. There are 2 grills, gas & charcoal. Plenty of wood for the fire pit. There are metal stairs to get down to the private beach. Lake Michigan was beautiful. Clean and cool. The only things we needed was food, coffee, drinks, Bic lighter. Ate at The What Not Inn. Visited the Gilmore Car Museum, The Air Zoo, Saugatuck, apple orchards, wineries. We would definitely stay here again!

Secluded beach getaway

This was perfect for my wife and my two medium sized dogs. About 3/4 a mile off the interstate, tucked back in the woods right off the beach. The property was quiet and peaceful. We could watch the sunset and storms roll in over the beach from our window. The house was perfect, but we spent most of our time strolling the beach or swimming, and visiting the small towns minutes away. I would book this 100 more times.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. It is the perfect location with beach access for our kiddos to enjoy the beach anytime of day. We were able to walk down to the beach with the stairs located above the bluffs and the beach area was almost private. Not many people so it was nice and secluded. Check in and out was super easy. The house had everything we needed. There is a starter pack of soap, shampoo, etc which was nice. We were able to drive to the grocery store to get more supplies. This was clearly communicated to us in the welcome packet. We will definitely stay here again in the future as it is the perfect beach location!! Just keep in mind there are 75 stairs to get down the beach so it’s a good workout.
