This member was the member that handled check in so it was very obvious to the hotel staff that there may be an issue with stairs. “We have stayed here many times over the last five years. It is our go to property in the area. I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean.”

“The room was clean but they did not supply enough towels or wash clothes and when asked, we were not on the list to distribute to that day. Towels were also stained. The reservation was for 3 people, 2-days. The door didn't lock when it closed, we were told to lift up on the door when closing and they have cameras so it was ok. “Motel was in a good area for what we needed. Workers at desk were very helpful. House maid was helpful, and I appreciated that she checked in with me every day. Included breakfast was fine/normal. Carpet in hallway needs cleaning. Garden/outdoor area needs a lot of work.”
