“Staff was great and cleanliness was good. However, I had my key “rekeyed” 3 times and it I was not able to open my door with it all weekend. The continental breakfast was ok but not spectacular. The jetted tub was difficult to fill and plug so not ideal after hiking all day.”

“Check in service was fairly uninviting and unfriendly. Entered our room (313) and the toilet was running. Could not get it to stop. Maintenance man was friendly, but definitely overwhelmed and overworked. Had to go to hardware store for parts, still unable to fix it (it ran all night and through our check out). “The staff member was really trying their best and seemed to be very short handed. The room had a plastic bag tied over and around the smoke detector on the ceiling. They had “upgraded” me from a single king to a suite with a jacuzzi, but honestly given the state of the facility I didn’t feel that jacuzzi was a health safe option. IlThe jacuzzi was in the main bedroom legit 10 inches from the bed with mirrored walls around it. Honestly gave it a sleazy feel. The door lock (the one with the bar...

“Motel was in a good area for what we needed. Workers at desk were very helpful. House maid was helpful, and I appreciated that she checked in with me every day. Included breakfast was fine/normal. Carpet in hallway needs cleaning. Garden/outdoor area needs a lot of work.”

“Very disappointing stay. Not well maintained, the room was not very clean and had an interesting smell, the hot tub’s jets were out of order, and there was a constant smell of marijuana in the hallways and lobby. Will not stay here again.”
