“This apartment is clean, well maintained, comfortable and charming. The kitchen is very well supplied with dish ware and cookware. It is quiet and felt safe, though the 4 locks on the door gave me pause. The linens and bed were comfortable, and the towels were thick and nice. The pillows are a little flat for some people. No shower curtain like most places, so the floor gets a little wet. A drying rack for laundry would be nice as there is a washing machine. It is close to transit options and...

“Willi and Elise were perfect hosts and helped make our mixed business and holiday stay in Lyon easy and interesting. Willi was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had or issues that came up. He was also very pro-active with recommendations of places to visit in and around Lyon. The apartment is perfect for two people, very comfortable and very quiet. We really enjoyed the small outside table on the edge of their magnificently cared for garden. We would definitely stay here again...

“Superb accommodations in an excellent, central location. Elegant without being pretentious. Magnificent kitchen, fully equipped with everything you might ever need plus high-end appliances. Very comfortable beds and luxury shower. Close walk to Park de la Tete l'Or -- fantastic park, gardens and outdoor zoo! Pascal was an excellent communicator and a very kind gentleman, greeting us upon arrival and seeing us off at the end of our stay. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in...

“l’appartement est sympa mais le canapé est défoncé, la poussière est l’occupant principale des lieux la poignée de porte est cassée dans les toilettes la porte du frigo trône dans le salon le fauteuil est complètement usé et les chutes de simili se répandent dans l’appartement les miettes des precedents locataires tapissés les tabourets, les vitres sont innommables le hall d’entrée est un débarras( tapis, tv ) c’est vraiment dommage !”

“Great position, large, secure and well equipped apartment ”

“Had everything you could ask for in a french kitchen which is what we were looking for (besides knives/bread knife but perhaps this is for safety reason?). Located in a perfect place, as someone who lives in Lyon (but needed a place for me and my partner alone while he was visiting). It was easy check in and check out. Not the cleanest (a bunch of random loose pasta fell out of a cabinet when i opened it). There is a dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and crazy impressive black out...

“Cozy little apartment for a quick stay. There is an informative book on the table giving the guests instructions for their stay and what to do. Only recommendation I have is to include where to take the garbage out to when you leave. Host very quick to answer any questions. Great location, easy to get around from location. Bathroom did have a small hole in the wall which was stuffed with a white paper appears they are doing a repair.”

“We stayed in this Villeurbanne flat for two weeks and were very pleased with its comfort and cleanliness. It's very close to the Charpennes station where you can take two different metro lines or a tram. There is also a bus station directly across the street so it's easy to travel all over the city. There is a delightful boulangerie right around the corner, as well as several convenient grocery stores, a pharmacy, and banks/ATMs. The TV has a YouTube app so we were able to get some American TV...

“Very nice apartment. Good location, about 40 min walk from downtown. Grocery store next door, restaurants and coffee shops a couple of minutes walking. The parking was very convenient. It was nice that there was a portable AC and 2 big fans, really helpful when it is 30 degrees C outside. Overall, we were very pleased with the appartment.”
