Hotel vicino a Fernville Leisure Centre - Leeds

“Sinceramente, non sono abituato a dare voti negativi, ma il servizio davvero inesistente. Camere pulite, in generale struttura pulita, ma antica e con un po’ di scomodità.. per questi motivi trovo il prezzo troppo alto..”

“The whole place needs refurbishment. Beds and bedding was clean but everything else looked about 40 years old. Burn holes in the carpet, cigarette burns on the edge of the bath, wooden fittings in poor condition etc. They have no kitchen (being refurbished?) so no food on the premises. The website does not make that clear.”

“Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

“Very good size. New property and it shows (in a good way). Centrally located. Very friendly check-in. Breakfast is good - could be the only thing that could be improved on”

“I loved my stay at the Jubilee. The apartment was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and good wifi. The staff was absolutely delightful, every person we interacted with. The location is super central and an easy walk to pretty much everything in the city centre.”

“Always my go-to hotel in Leeds. Minutes from the train station. Good choice of nearby restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is consistently excellent. Guest rooms were recently refurbished, so there's a nice fresh feel to the rooms. Good value and great quality.”

“I would avoid it if possible. Hotel is quite dated and the lifts take a long time. Room is not soundproof and not very comfortable bedding”
